After naming ALICIA Moderate Tropical Storm during late night of 13 November, the Mauritius Meteorological Services (MMS) published its Special Weather Bulletin on Saturday 14 November 2020.

{{{Moderate Tropical Storm ALICIA

The Tropical depression which was evolving to the far North East of Mauritius has intensified into a moderate tropical storm and has been named ALICIA at 21h30, yesterday night by Mauritius Meteorological Services.

It is moving at present in a general west- south-westerly direction at about 25 km/h.

This system will not influence weather directly over Mauritius and Rodrigues for the next five days.}}}

Alicia continued to evolve until about 750 km South-East of Rodrigues without making any landfall and dissipated on the South-Indian Ocean after 18 November 2020. It is noteworthy to mention that this South-West Zone is under the influence of Drought and stress on water scarcity for every one.
